Affiliated with any State Transport Authority
Licensed to collect government taxes or fees on behalf of the government

3 Fees & Payments

3.1 Fee Structure

The fees charged on this platform are NOT government fees. They are charges for our private assistance services only.

Understanding the Fee: When you pay on this platform, you are paying for consultation time, document review, and personalized guidance – NOT for any government service, certificate, or physical product. The actual government fees (if any) must be paid separately to the relevant RTO/authority.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

UPI (Unified Payments Interface) – Primary method
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
No card details are stored on our servers

3.3 Refund Policy

Refund Conditions:

If services have not yet been provided: Full refund minus payment gateway charges (if applicable)
If work has already begun: Partial refund based on work completed
After guidance has been fully delivered: No refund applicable
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment

All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4 User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information

Ensure all details entered are correct and truthful

Verify Independence

Acknowledge we are a private entity, not government

Timely Payment

Complete payment before receiving full guidance

Document Upload

Upload clear, readable payment proofs when requested

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to government authorities (RTO, etc.) is accurate. Our guidance is based on the information you provide, and we cannot be held responsible for errors in the original data.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
Website design and layout
Software code and scripts
Unique methodologies and processes

are the exclusive property of PLATEKEEPER and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
Use our branding or trademarks in any manner
Reverse-engineer our systems or processes
Create derivative works based on our materials

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PLATEKEEPER shall NOT be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
Errors, delays, or interruptions in service
Decisions made based on our guidance (you remain responsible for all decisions)
Rejection of documents by government authorities due to incorrect information provided by you
Any failure of performance due to force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLATEKEEPER and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Your misuse of our services or platform
Infringement of any third-party rights by you

8 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones, pandemics)
Government actions or policy changes
Internet infrastructure failures or disruptions
Strike, labor dispute, or civil unrest
Power outages or utility failures
Cyber attacks or system compromises beyond our control

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable, but no refunds or compensation shall be liable for such delays.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or cause, for reasons including but not limited to:

Breach of these Terms & Conditions
Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected
Extended period of account inactivity
Violation of applicable laws while using our platform

Upon termination, provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Before resorting to litigation, both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation to resolve any dispute amicably.

11 Amendments & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Material changes will be highlighted on the website for at least 30 days before taking effect, except changes required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

12 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
